I started pedaling this week. Muscle weighs more than fat, right?
167.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 99.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.9 kg a Week

Working muscle will also retain some water. Be sure and do some stretches pre and post ride.❤️
