Well, I broke the fast. Was starving at 2:05pm so I had 1.5oz of pecans. I figure if I eat minimal amounts of food with lots of fat today and tomorrow, it's a good way to end my week. Not a full fast, but close.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
