Today will make Day 4 of the gym. I love it! My muscles are sore- especially my quads, glutes and triceps. It's clear my home workouts weren't doing all that much for those particular muscles. I need to get my eating back under control. 3000-4000 calories every couple weeks works well for me- but every 3 days will leave me (is leaving me) spinning my wheels. Up 2 pounds today but it'll make me look better in the gym mirrors for some reason. ;) Holding onto a ton of water and poop- in case anyone wants to know. Lots to do today. Cleaning and laundry- already spent an hour getting the bathrooms done and it's only 6:30 so I am on track. Then yardwork, the gym, and grocery shopping. If I am truly enjoying my day and using my time wisely- you won't see me until tomorrow. 🤸🏼‍♀️

Lucky you.... We’re still in phase 1 of opening which is like lock down... My quads are “broken“ from last weekend 🤦‍♀️🤣 Tried same routine today but OMG I am still sore... Unreal. Love your outlook on life!!! ❤️🔥💪🏻👏🏻

LOL Shirfleur...that's hilarious. Gyms have opened back up here as well. Where my daughter fences, they are allowing 14 people in at a time. Not sure what the rules are where my husband does his step classes. They both REALLY want to get back to it. But for me, I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. I may try to convince them to wait a couple of weeks to see what kind effect the protests in my area had.

Didn't make it to the gym. It's 24 hours so I could technically go right now but I've had plenty of movement today. Plus I was planning Chest Shoulders Triceps which would have meant legs again tomorrow but I really need another day to recover. Lowkey- we aren't supposed to be open either- that's why I have no planet fitness. I'm breaking the rules and I am nervous about it. Can't imagine trying to lift with a mask on though.
