Good to see the scales go down. Workout: Beachbody on demand- dance - Hip hop abs- fat burning cardio—favorite move is Get Busy. Since I haven’t mastered the tilt move with the shoulders yet, I just held my abs tight throughout the 30 minute workout and did the best I could. It wasn’t pretty, I don’t have much style or dance rhythm, but it sure was fun! #hiphopabs #lowimpact
