">I lost a little bit more weight. Yeah!!! Well, I guess sticking to points really works. I'm happy! And I can't do it with all the support I have here. You guys are the best!!!!

I am trying to weigh in twice a week because my challenges want the weigh-ins. But sometimes I just happen to sneak on that scale. Oh, maybe I do it a couple of times a day, actually. But today I was afraid to until about noon. And then I got brave and went to the scale and lost. I've decided that on non-weigh-in days, I won't record it unless it's a loss. I'm actually afraid that if I do go up a little, it will discourage me. But sometimes it's just too tempting to get on that scale.
