What time of day is everyone weighing themselves? And how often? I’m weighing daily but I think it’s too often.

Daily in the am before water or coffee! It fluctuates a lot, but keeps me accountable. 😊

Daily weighing in can be difficult if you let the number get to you. it fluctuates so much day to day. Im doing once a week and first thing in the morning fresh out of bed.

Weigh daily first thing in morning right before hopping in shower. Weekly average is best for tracking as it fluctuats daily for sure!!
