Uhhuuu huuu huu I’m overeating and weight went down and by overeating I’d say 167% of my goal for the past 3 days but I’ll take it. I guess my body decided to cheer me up too. Awww 😊 thank you. The only thing that changed during I worked out intervals more so than my usual pace. That might be it.
