Home after a fabulous week visiting with my sisters, daughter, granddaughter & grandsons!

Back to my scales for regular weigh ins. Up almost 2 lbs. over goal & 4 lbs. over my last weigh in a week ago. I estimated my calories at 2000 or more each day. Still ate plenty of fruits & veggies, but lots of other treats as well. I don't believe my eating was out of control but I do know I had a few more cocktails than usual & I ate chips & dip...something I seldom do at home. We always have chips at home....it's a favorite of Hubby's but I seldom indulge. Anyway, it's back to normal & I'm confident I'll be back to goal weight or under soon.

My clothes never felt too tight while I was away. A NSV is I bought a size 10 sheath style dress. I wouldn't buy that style before because it never hung right. I could probably fit in an 8 but, I've always been busty & felt better in the 10.

Back to afternoon walks. We went as soon as we got home from the airport yesterday. Today, I've been doing stuff in the house....unpacked, laundry, some housework. Also, a little work in the gardens....watered, sprayed for some weeds, pulled some overgrown plants out.

Eating has been on point today. I was hungry around lunch time....I'm sure due to having eaten lunch all week. Stuck with a light lunch of 1/2 honeycrisp apple, a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese and 5 crackers. Dinner is Brats & Sunflower Bacon Crunch salad (premixed). Not sure what else yet. We did bring home a slice of Mango pie last night from the restaurant. Probably, share that with Hubby 😊
66.6 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
