What a nightmare. My sweet Dad died suddenly of a pulmonary embolism on May 25. My sis found him in the garden; he looked like he was taking a nap. Mom is still in shock. We all are.

83.9 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg. Still to go: 15.9 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
