My first weigh in since last week. I had been on a regular 1300 calorie diet for 2 1/2 weeks and hadn't lost a pound. I started the 1200 Keto Diet 3 days ago and I've lost my first 4 pounds!!!! I'm so energized for this diet!!!
88.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
