Feeling disappointed with my weigh in today, I’ve been having some trouble with snacking, I keep on track with my meals but when it comes to snacks I go way off track, anyone have any tips for me to kick this habit ?
100.1 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
