Been eating between 10h00 to 18h00 only. it really helps me manage my unnecessary eating habits
93.3 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I would really like to do intermittent fasting, but my husband is a late night eater and sometimes I have to wait till he's hungry before I cook.
