I took a 2ish week break from tracking and wanted to bulk up a bit. Lean muscle mass now up to 74,8kg. Fat is at 36,5kg ~ 32,8 bf %

Focussing on calorie constraint again. Reduction in refined sugar a prio.
111.4 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
