I'm not weighing this week as I've been sick, giving up smoking and started working out this week🙈 all of which I know will result in Water weight and I don't want to lose motivation by seeing those numbers. Currently my muscles are killing me but I will keep on working out!
117.5 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
