Been under my calories so I assume this is water weight fluctuations. On week 2 of OMAD, loving it so far, it's really helped me out of my plateau
118.9 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 38.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
