I am near my period, so I don't weigh myself, I always pick up 2kg for no good reason. cutting back to one meal a day and attempting to drink fluids, but I just don't have time to sit and drink
83 kg Lost so far: 22 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
