Was working the whole day yesterday with my studies so ate about 500 calories less than usual. Will not make a habit of this but happy about the drop. I anticipate that there will be fluctuations and that it will increase again, but this is a process and overall I'm happy!
93.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
