I picked up a few kilos, so I need to get back into IF, quarantine has made me snack a bit more, so I will start off a a military diet type diet, to get the snacking urge out for 3 days then onto IF
84.7 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
