On the 14th I weighed 400g less than today, but I took a picture of myself on the 15th and again this morning and I can visibly see that I'm more toned, especially my back and lower body. This makes me feel better about the 1kg increase of a few days ago - maybe it is muscle ?
94.8 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
