Averaged around 1800 calories daily last week. That seems to be working out. I actually ate about 2100 calories yesterday & I was down this morning 😮🤔 I had to estimate some of the food I ate yesterday, so maybe I overestimated?? We got some of our favorite "Crack Dip" at our local pub when we did to go dinner on Friday. They usually mix sausage in the cheese base at the Pub, but I didn't have any so I crumbled a leftover burger onto it. It was still pretty tasty. That was lunch yesterday.

Sun is shining after rain all night. Heading outside to do yardwork. Keeps me occupied and sane 😊

I'm going to up my acceptable RDI to 1700 this week. That way I won't go into the red so easily. I've been eating over 1500 most days anyway.
65.5 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
