Super annoyed. Thursday evening I went a bit over my daily calories and did have some salty things, nuts, a bit of chips.. But I also exercised that Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well, usually I just exercise 3 times a week. And the rest of the week I was very focused on staying within my calorie limits, so this is very frustrating to me. 🤦‍♀️
95.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes before a big weight drop, we retain water. Then there is a whoosh. Don’t be surprised to see a 2-3kg drop a day or two from today. Just keep going. Don’t be discouraged🙂
