Weightloss is something I had thought would come more naturally, I'd thought committing to myself would be something I'd want enough to have the discipline and yet I'm still failing. I look at other people dieting and exercising and fitting in the same hectic work schedule I have and wonder how in the world they do it. My boyfriend is naturally inclined to exercise and to be honest it's great motivation seeing him leave the house to go for a run, bu it doesn't seem to be enough to get me to actually just get up. Once I've started exercising it's amazing and I feel super proud of myself, so much so I keep it going for 2 days and THEN... back to the same old same old slump. I know my biggest issue, correction issues are: motivation and discipline. I don't know I'm like a sheep, without team mates nothing happens, but even then things like a park run aren't enough. I'm annoyed with the same old cycle, but hopefully today we start again and what's better than a 21-day lock down. LOL
72 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
