lockdown has been tough on my routine. I am getting in exercise, however eating habits are a lot different than when I'm at work. I'm much more motivated to grap an apple to keep me going at work where now I crave starches and don't move around nearly as much. It's a new month, let's get back in it and smash some goals (at least try)
