I’m so hopeful!! Ten days and I’m down 5.8 lbs and have lost 1.5 inches off my waist!! I can do this!!
101.7 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 33.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
