A small weight increase but I can live with that as know I have lost centimetres. Busy week, out 3 times for dinners and lunch but have eaten strictly keto. On this WOE my aches and pains subside and no more hot sweats. Have a good week everyone.😎
74.5 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
