Sure didn't expect to be down a pound since we ate more than I should've yesterday. That's a nice surprise to wake up to. I have been feeling exhausted lately. Walked the dog for a long time yesterday, but felt like I was toddling along like a 90-year-old. It's hot, but not that hot; I just have really low energy. Gotta make an appointment for a checkup.
80.6 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey Coco, Isn't it funny how that rebound weight loss happens? We never quite know when we will get the pay off from the scale, lol. Sometimes when we expect a pay off it just doesn't happen does it. I do believe the "Diet Gods/Goddess's have a playful sense of humor. Have an energetic weekend my friend. TOWANDA!!!!!!
