I am eating as clean as possible but for some reason really struggling to get back to exercising of any sort. It sucks as I am usually such an active person. Hoping to get myself out of this head space.
62.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

just gotta find a form of exercise you love doing then its not exercise its just having fun... I struggle to drag my butt to the gym but I do aerial yoga and pole dancing and I just cant get enough of it

Aerial yoga sounds super cool, maybe I should look for a place close to me that does it
