Better start weighing my food and recording what I eat again. I don't feel like I'm eating junk, but my portions may be getting larger as I guessed at them the last 2 days.
81.1 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The portion size can really sneak up on you, especially if you've been eating in restaurants. I noticed that all the portion sizes in restaurants are huge. I'm sure you'll have no problem getting back with the program.

yeah I measure and weigh everything when I am on track.. I go crazy if I dont. It would be nice if I could find some happy ground.. maybe when I get to goal. I can work on that. :)
