Going out for dinner was not in the plan last night but we decided to go into one of our local Burger/ Pub resteraunts & enjoy a favorite music duo. Spirits does gourmet burgers & chicken sandwiches and some interesting appetizers & sides. I chose to have a my burger sans bun topped with goat cheese, chow chow & hickory Barbecue sauce on the side. YUM!! 😋 Accompanied with a side of Kalettes....sautéed kale with bacon....a house specialty. Instead of wine I drank light beer 🍺 Of course I had to estimate calories to log it but I think it was not too bad.

Arrive home & ate a "snack". Earlier Hubby was at the store & he had been instructed to pick up peanut butter & strawberries....and any snacks he might "need" 😊 He came home with Blue Bell Ice Cream....not a problem...if I choose to eat it I can dish out 1/2 a cup easily. He also bought Honey & nut trail mix 😮 New flavor...tempting me. It is sinful that 1/4 cup is 180 calories! That's just wrong!! So....Hubby pours out a bowl of said Trail mix. I HAD to try some....and yes it's too good....all 180 calories 😀

Sunny today 🌞 Planning on helping Hubby do some work outside. Maybe I can work off some of that Trail Mix.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
