Helo my fellow humans
1/2 cup cooked instant oats
1 scoop protein shake

Great for digestion
Fuels the body with good carbs
With the obvious benefit of protein

i always eat mine between 11 and 12pm
Also my first meal of the day
Intermittent fasting❤️
56 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
