Today is going to be tough. I've already gone to the "Morning Mingle," and managed to limit myself to 3 strawberries, 3 cheese cubes & 1 glazed donut. Still, that's probably too many carbs. I managed to run last night for nearly 20 minutes & feel pretty good this morning. I think I've got it figured out - I need to warm up for a few minutes at about 3.3 mph, then run a few minutes at 4.7, then walk a few more minutes at 3.5, then I can run at 5 mph without any trouble. Weird warm-up, but whatever works, right! Somehow I'm down another 1/2 lb, so about where I was before the latest injury. The goal this weekend is to NOT gain any weight, watch the cals & do some exercise, then really hit my calorie targets next week & see if I can chip off another few lbs. Onward!
65.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
