⤵ ⬇😊 Back down a little today. Working on getting back closer to my goal this week.

It was really nice to be outside yesterday working in the yard. We also got a walk in late afternoon. Today is cloudy and a little cooler. It's supposed to rain at some point. I debated raking some more in the side yard if I can get out before the rain. It's not as appealing as it would be if the sun was shining again.

We finished off the Wings from Super Bowl last night so I roasted some broccoli on the side to keep the calories lower for dinner. I served myself 6....went back for 1 more. After Hubby had a couple more, there were 3 left....decided I'd had enough. 😊

66.9 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
