Started January 6th, down by 5,9 kgs! Very happy with my progress!
122.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m loving this! I did keto before and barely lost weight and it was so restrictive! Now I’m eating “what I want” and healthily and I’m losing weight! I can go out and still keep to my “diet”.
