i really hope its muscles... i've been walking (up hill with heels on) so much this week that my legs got me jumping out of bed in the middle of the night due to cramps.
115.5 kg Lost so far: 59.5 kg.    Still to go: 35.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week

Hi! Get a Calmag supplement for the cramps and drink one packet of rehidrate weekly. The cramps could be because you need electrolytes.

Possibly salts causing water retention or pms, or as you mentioned muscles if you've been exercising a lot. Just keep going. It will come down quick... You've got this. 💪
