Goal ~ muscle gaining & fitness 😀💪🏻 starting with my gym program & healthy eating/supplements today. My trainer is awesome!
50.8 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi! Is there a specific diet you follow?

Hi, i never been on a spesific diet, always tried to eat healthy & exercise but recently I signed up with a company in Pretoria & the nice thing about it is that you can do it online. You send all your info, weight, photos, goal etc to them & they give you a menu & training plan. Every 4 weeks you get evaluated & they’ll give you a new menu & training program as your body changes. I can already see some small results, so try it out!! 😃
