Basically maintaining...down .2 today. My avg. RDI was down by 277 calories this past week from the previous week, only 18 calories over. So I'm on the right track. Weight down .6 lbs.

Being so close to my reset goal (10 lbs. less than my original goal) I'm not feeling the same sense of urgency I did before. I know I don't want to gain. Need to get motivated to get that last few lbs. off!

I was able to get an afternoon walk in yesterday & worked in the gardens a little since it was so nice. Tidied up a little.


67.6 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
