Been a good week, Saturdays weigh in was 60.9, sadly not reflecting the good weight loss this week due to becoming a bloated whale on shark week sigh, next week should reflect twice as nice though hahaha
61.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
