So Happy with this! I was cheating this weekend 😒had a big birthday party. So glad it didn't interfere in my weigh loss to much. Ps. Had No alcohol. Think that makes cheating on your healthy food worse.
66 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice, alcohol has almost as much calories per gram as fat (7cal/g) as well as having a slowing effect in your metabolism because your liver will process alcohol first as it's a toxin and then it delays food metabolism (where the nutrients are at). If you must have a drink, stick to hard liquors with diet mix sodas.. Cocktails are the worst
