#11!!! Didn’t make it 24 hrs. But shy 18 hrs fasting. So doing good still. Even this was an Italian restaurant so... CARBS galore! I fill up with 2 plates of cesar salad (dressing was so light I didn’t even see it) a piece of flat bread with pesto, some bites of pepperoni pizza, some chicken with a bit of pasta Alfredo. And cheese cake. But just a few bites :/ I would have loved to eaten all thou, but I didn’t. My hubby finish it for me. 😁 will try to do 10K steps today as well. Good day over all. Hope not to be hungry for tomorrow coz we have another lunch :) around noon.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
