Just a slight variation ⬆ today. Dinner last night was an open faced pulled pork sandwich with barbecue sauce & a salad. The pork from the previous night's roast.

Today is a Christmas party lunch with friends. We do lunch once a month. We usually have a good group for our Dec. lunch....maybe a dozen or so of us. We always start with champagne and some appetizers for this lunch. We're having it at a local seafood restaurant, so there should be some healthy choices for lunch. We do a fun gift exchange 🎁🎄

I opted out of a party last night. Hubby didn't want to go & I have lots to do before the weekend so decided to stay in. That meant I was able to get out for our afternoon walk. I missed it due to rain & being out late shopping for a couple days.

So....a little breakfast then I need to get ready for a fun afternoon.
67.5 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
