Hey everyone! Happy to join the community! I’m down almost 6 pounds just cutting out wine and my horrible habit of getting McDonald’s most mornings. My weight gain came after a small period of anxiety/depression after getting hit by a driver resulting in me having to do physio/chiro for months. I’m excited and happy for the long journey ahead! Cheers
85.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
