4th day fasting for 25 hours this time. It was the hardest but I made it. We hanged out with some friends and enjoy dinner. We went to Zeas amazing place in Louisiana, their grill grits are the best. I Ate, I drank and I was merry. 😂 I got me some raw tuna piece some hummus and a salad, stole some grits from my hubby’s plate 😂, and I had an amazing cucumber-jalapeño margarita. Later we got some star anise tea, if u haven’t try it I recommend it, it’s delish and great for your tummy’s digestion. And baked some peanut butter cookies 🍪 for the kids, and of course I got a few bites 😁 good day over all. I think tomorrow will be good. I’m super full still and I ate like 4 hours ago. The only thing I do regret is having sugar. I was trying to make it without any for 20 days. I will have to start over. ...
