Made day 3 of fasting for 24 hours. I have 1 meal a day every 20-24 hours. 😬. Ate garlic Parmesan chicken, carrots. Added green beans and couscous. I have dinner with some friends tomorrow around 6pm. That will be the next time I eat. I’m not starving, I am only eating because I have to (my husband is making me) but I think I could survive on water and coffee/energy drinks and vitamins.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

There are quite a few on this site that swear by OMAD (one meal a day). I’m on the pathway of intermittent fasting, ie: eat a early lunch around 10 am and dinner with hubby around five. My goal is to not to have mid afternoon snacking and no post dinner feeding. I do like a cup of hot tea in the evening.
