December 1st progress: Down 4.4# this month. Went to the gym 33 times but took 5 whole days off. Down 2" from Chest, Down 1/2" from natural waist, Down 1.5" across navel, Down 1.75" from hips, down 1/4" from thigh, down 1/4" from calves, down 1/4" from forearm, down 1/4" from bicep. Averaged 2000 calories a day. Wearing size 11/12 but most are too big- unfortunately cannot breathe in a 10 yet so in an awkward in between. NSV... I guess the fact that I was able to do OMAD on Thanksgiving- eat all I wanted and not feel like I missed out and to lose through the holiday. And other NSV was realizing I needed to be eating more and not less to really start losing pounds AND inches. TOTAL SINCE FEB- 57.3 pounds and 65.5 total inches. CRAZY!!
84.0 kg Lost so far: 28.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice NSVs!! I can’t imagine going to the gym that often. Remind me, do you do any cardio? I don’t but thinking of adding it in to lose the fat I’m gaining. (Waist is pudgier even though most is a water gain for me I think). You’ll soon be in those 10’s it sounds like.

Thanks Bruce, Wifey, Moopie, JC, Peeper, Newduggan, Ashley, Melissa and Christopher! 🤸🏻‍♂️💪🏼💗 Peeper- I lift every day but to miss 5 days and have gone to the gym 33 days in a 30 day month means I did cardio 8 days in addition to lifting. I really like to lift in the morning but swinging by on my way home and getting in 45 minutes on the elliptical allows me to still workout with Diablo and keeps me from sitting on my ass at home. I don't do it often but planning to do it more in December. Makes me feel good. And it isn't too strenuous- an average pace while watching the first 48 or HGTV for an hour- easy breezy and since I lift in the mornings, I don't feel bad about not going fast. It's just extra.

Thank you, Bill, Bella, RgaDawg, Erq, Tiffany, Delgadalahna, and Taurielfan! I'm quite happy. So far I have treated myself to 1/2 of a Home Run Inn pizza and a day off from the gym. ;) I do end up buying new clothes often. I try to get them at the goodwill or salvation army but don't always have luck. I'm pretty frugal so it kills me to be giving away clothing I have only worn for 3 months- but still excited. A lot of the jeans I have now were purchased at a garage sale over the summer for 75 cents- mostly Maurices brand. Those are working for me right now. I have a pair of 10's that I purchased from the same garage sale - again for 75 cents- but when I struggled to get them over my hips, I realized they are 10 slim cut. Yikes- That's gonna take a little bit of time. Maybe a 10 with 2% spandex that gives a little would work better for now. Anyhow- TTFN!
