Particularly stressful week and day, so I won’t be too hard on myself. Diet going strong, still having detox headaches but feeling much better than day 1. 💪🏽
89.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
