And so I lost 1kg in two weeks. Not bad considering I have had like 2 weeks to celebrate my birthday. Have been fasting but not as well as I would have liked too. 🤷🏼‍♀️
I will continue to weigh only every second week. And di my best to fast as well as I can, making 18:00 the minimum🙈

111.1 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
