I feel so out of control and anxious. Ate fistfuls of candy at mom's yesterday and felt like I couldn't stop. Worried about mom's health, the upcoming long driving trip, the law suit, Mr C's health, H's future. All my life I kept thinking there might be a period when things would be stable and I could stop worrying. I guess I'm like my grandma and it's my nature to worry all the time.
