😀 Surprise! I wasn't expecting any loss this morning. Hubby went out for lunch & brought me half of his Buffalo chicken wrap & a few homemade chips for lunch. It looked good & I didn't want him to think I didn't appreciate it, so I ate it. I did leave a bit of the tortilla. Then I had a small piece of the pie I baked for him for dessert after dinner. So I used up ALL my RDI for the day....I've been trying to come in under by a couple 100 or more. So, YAY!

Going to my niece's birthday party this afternoon. She's turning 5 😊 and is adorable.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
