Maintaining today 😊 Don't want to jinks myself, but this is the 8th day I haven't had a gain. 6 lbs. from goal!

So, if your hubby says "Im going to eat my leftover cheeseburger half & your leftover lasagna for lunch." don't assume he's joking and say "Go for it". 😐😮

Sunny today after a couple of gloomy, cold, rainy days. Looks like I'll be able to get out for a walk this afternoon.🌞 I've missed the last 2 days.

Pot roast in the crockpot with baby potatoes & carrots for dinner 😋
68.5 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
