6:45AM: I had one too many sweets... and ended up a whole 500g heavier 🙄🙄 it’s so weird though, I’m not even a sweets and chippies person, but this weekend had me eat more than my fair share lol. Not again lol. Back to losing this extra 500g this week!!
68.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
